Payment must be made before any work has started. Payment is the sole responsibility of the ordering party (Client) and is not contingent or a condition to meeting desired or estimated value or closing of Escrow. This is necessary for assuring and maintaining a non-Bias report that is developed in adherence to Appraiser Independence Regulations. AIR
